Liza Singer is a non-binary Director/Story Artist/Writer for animation. Liza has spent many years not just developing and creating stories for both new and old forms of media centering narrative around found family and identity, but as part of their academic career studied the sociological and cultural impacts of narrative media on the world and is heavily passionate about using storytelling as a platform for empathy education. When they're not creating stories, they're often consuming them - whether it is in the form of an old video game, cuddling up with a graphic novel or working on art while watching a serialized television show. Their film and TV credits include: High in the Clouds, Harley Quinn, DC Superhero Girls and Disenchantment. They have a BA and Masters from NYU.
